The Consumer Affairs Agency (CAA) has revised "the 2nd edition of Methods for the Analysis of Food Additives in Foods". The three monographs on Xylitol, D-Sorbitol, and D-Mannitol have been revised and integrated into one monograph, and the seven monographs on Citrates, Succinates, Acetates, Tartarates, Lactates, Fumarates, and Malates have been also revised and integrated into one monograph. In addition, monographs on Zinc salts, on Sodium Oleate and on β-Carotene have been updated respectively.
